Managing Work Stress in Healthcare

What Prompted This Training?

C-Care management noted a growing trend of stress-related challenges among both clinical and administrative staff. The culprits: demanding workloads, tight schedules, and work-life imbalance. Recognizing the risk this posed to both employee health and operational efficiency, the organization sought support from Innerspark to empower their team.
